Location and Parking are not the greatest, but the history of the hotel is worth all the time and money! This visit was an amazing opportunity a d the food, drinks, and attention to our stay was well met! This place is not cheap and please don't expect to not spend money for everything! The bartenders were incredibly awesome people and could not say thank you enough! The rooms are rather small, but the A/C and bathrooms are very nice!
Great location with nice rooms. We arrived very early and the staff was nice enough to let us check in early! They even held our bags for us when we had to checkout before our flight. We really appreciated the accommodations and friendliness
We went here to see the hotel, the architecture, do some historical research and see the city sites. Wonderful time, Mila at the front desk was great, Sarah and Connor made the bar special, rooms were well appointed and clean. This place takes you back in time. It took us a while to grasp the property and what it was...at the end of our 2 day stay all we can say ...awesome.
I had a nice two night stay here recently to watch a Pirates game. The location was perfect for my needs. I’m a fan of Marriott Autograph hotels, and this one didn’t disappoint. My sole complaint was the noise, I was way up on the 17th floor in a lovely two room suite, but the abundance of windows, which didn’t open, allowed quite a bit more noise than I ever expected. I can see why they included earplugs in the vanity kit.
Serena made my experience in Pittsburgh fantastic! The hotel is beautiful, the staff are extremely helpful (especially Serena), and my accommodations went smoothly. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!
Amazing property with great service! This autograph collection property is on the smaller side but perfect for everything you need for a couple days. We really appreciated the extra spice of hospitality from Sara, Nick (the GM), and Rae (Resturant). We could not say more about this property besides it was perfect for a day trip to the Pitt. Will return back when in Pittsburgh.
The industrialist hotel is absolutely beautiful! The rooms are very small, but we did not spend much time there anyway other than to sleep. I really love the old style and the way that they decorated everything. Everybody's at work there was super kind and willing to help with anything that you possibly needed. I would recommend this hotel to anybody because of the perfect location
We stayed at The Industrialist Hotel while visiting family in Pittsburgh. The downtown location is excellent, and the lobby is truly beautiful. Valet service was attentive, and both check-in and check-out were effortless. Although the room was clean, it was smaller than anticipated and lacked the elevated feel we expected. Overall, the stay was pleasant but did not quite meet our expectations. We will explore other accommodations on our next visit.
